Siberian Fir, one of the new oils by doTERRA, has been incredible for minor aches and pains. I have a tendency to get abdominal adhesions where my abdomen builds scar tissue from my Lyme disease. This can be painful at times.

One of the tools I have used is my Fasciablaster to break up scar tissue. I also am continually working with my functional medicine doctor to treat the Lyme disease. We are making progress with the Lyme disease and the coinfections. 

However for the symptoms of the pain and for temporary relief of pain I have been mixing 5 drops Copaiba with 2 drops Siberian Fir and getting incredible results. It's almost as if the pain melts away. Now, this is temporary for maybe a half a day, but so worth being able to function and move around without pain for a few hours 

Siberian Fir oil is distilled from twigs and branches of the Siberian Fir trees native to Canada and Russia. So what can this oil really do for you?  

  • 3 drops Clove, 2 drops Cinnamon 2 drops Siberian Fir for a fall diffuser blend
  • Combine 5 drops Copaiba, 5 drops Deep Blue, 1 drop Siberian Fir, 3 drops Frankincense, 1 drop Lemongrass with FCO, massage into sore muscles for better sleep and relief of minor aches and pain
  • 1 drop Siberian Fir, 1 drop Rosemary 3 drops Frankincense, massage into chest with FCO for temporary relief of cough
     

The Siberian fir tree is a tall, light in color, conifer tree native to Russia and Canada. Siberian Fir essential oil has a refreshing, woody scent that is known for its calming and relaxing properties. Siberian Fir has a unique chemical composition that is predominately bornyl acetate, which provides a majority of the easing benefits of this essential oil. Siberian Fir can be very soothing to the skin, making it an ideal essential oil to add to a comforting massage. When diffused, Siberian Fir can help promote feelings of easy breathing, while calming the emotions and providing a grounding effect.

Uses
After strenuous activity, massage into skin for soothing comfort.
When working through difficult circumstances at home, work, or school, diffuse Siberian Fir to help reduce stress.
Apply topically to skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.
Inhale deeply and experience the refreshing aroma.

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
