If you’re like me, eating sweets is a tough one, I am always looking for ways to implement sweets without the health consequences:) Here is one of my favorite things to do to help curb my cravings.

  • 3 drops Fennel under tongue
  • 1 drops Cinnamon in water 2 x a day
  • 3 drops Grapefruit over Adrenal Glands
  • 3 drops Wild orange on Chest
  • 4 drops Forgive diffused (for stress eaters)
