Coconut Oil Fat Bombs

1 cup unrefined coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract pinch of sea salt
1-2 drops peppermint essential oil
5 drops stevia or 3 tablespoons xylitol.
Process all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cube trays or silicone molds and freeze. Once frozen, pop the coconut oil fat bombs out of the molds and store them in a glass container.
