Try These great tips for feeling more grounded

By the way, you can even do this exercise with family members for a little extra quality time and bonding if you wish. 

  1. Go walk outside in the dirt or grass. Please make sure you’re not walking on herbicides, that defeats the purpose! Here is a great study on how the earth’s frequency helps with inflammation and degenerative disease. A study published a couple of years ago in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health titled Earthing: Health Implications of Reconnecting the Human Body to the Earth’s Surface Electrons postulates that earthing could represent a potential treatment/solution to a variety of chronic degenerative diseases. 
  2.  Use Balance Essential oil on your feet and spine. I love Balance because all the oils in Balance come from trees with deep roots. Oils contain their own vibration and help with shifting emotional tones, toning the nervous system, organs and in this case, with grounding. 
  3. Do a few yoga moves, I love doing a few yoga moves even on days I don’t do yoga, I love my work so sometimes it’s hard to get to yoga class, but doing a few moves on my own helps with blood flow, oxygen flow and circulation. Doing yoga moves with the kids makes it even more fun to pause, take a breather and get grounded.  This is also great quality connection time with kids, even short connecting throughout the day brings value and appreciation to the relationship with my children. Quality time is a love language they both share. I frequently pause to connect even for short periods throughout our day and evening. 


Do all three above for a meditative experience any time of day to get grounded, clear and energized. “
