Here is my protocol for temporary relief of adrenal fatigue.
On top of adrenals diluted with a carrier oil. Frankincense over heart and adrenals. Consider Grapefruit over liver and kidneys, massage in with carrier oil. Avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours on area of application if using citrus oils topically as citrus oils are photosensitive).
1-2 drops Frankincense under the tongue. 2-4 drops Grapefruit or Lemon essential oil in a glass(not plastic) of water
- Daily Nutrient Pack
- Deep Blue Polyphenol Complex. Take as directed.
- Terrazyme with meals.
Consider Intestinal cleanse and liver support: GX Assist, PB Assist, Zendocrine Complex, Zendocrine oil, 2 drops under tongue or in a capsule morning and night 2 weeks. Also take when exposed to chemicals and during a cleanse to ease chemical stress on adrenal glands.
Nutritional recommendations: AVOID
- Refined sugar
- Processed foods
- Unnecessary chemicals
- GMO's (some gmo's contain built in chemicals such as herbicides and pesticides toxic to human consumption)
- Coffee (try yerba mate, green tea or dandelion root tea instead which are higher in antioxidants and an adrenal support as opposed to an adrenal drain)
- Dairy (for sensitive people)
- Gluten (for sensitive people)
- Energy drinks or caffeine
- What to consume:
- Organic fruits and vegetables, super food herbs
- Healthy fats such as nuts and seeds
- Clean forms of absorbable protein such as nuts, organic eggs, organic grass fed meats
- Complex carbohydrates (with the exception of gluten which for most people is inflammatory to the nervous system and bogs down adrenal glands)
Other supplements that support adrenal glands:
- Vitamin B
- Vitamin C
